CANE:

The PAMA Cane program provides instruction in the Cane Masters System originated by Grandmaster Mark Shuey.  The program is taught by Hal Gustin, one of the two certified Cane Masters in Colorado and a direct student of Grandmaster Shuey.

Classes focus on the use of the cane as a self defense tool, basics of cane handling, and the use of the cane as an exercise and fitness aid.

Students of any PAMA Martial Arts program, as well as students only interested in the study of Cane, are welcome.
